All products get sent via parcel service DPD fully insured. Delivery takes place from Monday - Friday.
Delivery Time
Your delivery leaves our warehouse within 1-3 working days after receipt of the order. Delivery time within Germany
usually takes 1 - 2 days, within the EU 3 - 9 days.
Important Notice
Despite of high diligence, damage to the products can occur during transport. In this case, we refund the damaged goods. As to that, please consider the following steps. Visible damage in transit is to report immediately after receipt of the goods to DPD. Afterwards, you inform Chooba about the noticed damage. This also applies to damages which get detected while unpacking. In case you want to resend any products, please inform us in advance via email, fax or telephone.
